For many years, I worked at the international consultancy Colliers International, where I provided strategic insights to real estate developers and supported a wide range of businesses in identifying office spaces best aligned with their operational and strategic needs.
I have been involved in the leasing of landmark projects such as Artery, Core, LINK, and Yellowstone. For each of these developments, I helped define a clear and distinctive market positioning that not only attracted the right tenants but also delivered maximum returns for investors.
I am a consultant with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, workplace planning, and project management. I support companies in identifying office environments that reflect their organizational culture and align with long-term business growth strategies.
My background in interior design, combined with extensive experience in coordinating real estate projects, enables me to effectively translate business objectives into functional, well-executed office solutions.
I am a commercial real estate expert specializing exclusively in office leasing. I gained valuable experience working in an international organization, where I was responsible for more than 80 office locations across Lithuania – from space search and selection to fit-out coordination and workplace planning.

My long-standing experience in the hospitality industry has shaped high standards of client service and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
